Mega Man World 4 DX is a hack of Mega Man IV (1993) created by Marc Max and Kensuyjin33 that converts this game developed by Minakuchi Engineering (Solar Striker, Rabio Lepus Special, Bionic Commando (Game Boy), Magic Sword (SNES)) combining content from Mega Man 4 and Mega Man 5 from NES into a Game Boy Color game, working as a hypothetical re-release like The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX that adds color and improves performance by eliminating slowdowns, as well as other improvements such as a new pause screen based on the style of NES games.
