Gran Turismo 4 Spec II is a fan mod/patch made by “TheAdmiester” (and collaborators) that aims to enhance & expand Gran Turismo 4 by adding features, restoring lost content, improving usability, and polishing many aspects. It’s based on the NTSC version of the Gran Turismo 4 Online Public Beta, and is distributed as an xDelta patch for that.
