Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising ( OFP:DR ) is a first-person shooter released on October 8, 2009, developed and published by Codemasters . Contrary to popular belief, this is not the sequel to Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis , but a standalone game from Codemasters. Bohemia Interactive made the sequel to Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis, called ArmA: Armed Assault .
