While the game is an unlicensed Mega Drive game, whether or not the game also carries a license to use teams represented — or whether or not any actually exist — is unclear — C&E’s site states they started making games with team licenses in 1993.

When batting, C swings and A changes posture. When pitching, C pitches. You appear to have some control over your players when the ball is in the air and the other team is batting (TODO).
