A nice driving game set on the water with plenty of Miami Vice references.
The thing that most impressed me was the changing background scenery, pretty rare for a racing game from that era. Gives a nice impression of actually traversing through Miami on a speed boat.
Great for playing during summer on a warm day. Not too exciting but there’s time to be spent here.
