This is a romhack by PimpUigi for Super Mario 64 that lets you play as a Finalized version of the Gigaleak Luigi as the Nintendo developers would have had him in the game in 1996.

Rideable Yoshi
After you speak to Yoshi he'll join you on your adventure. Yoshi Eggs will appear in most stages right where Luigi spawns. He's got a handful of tricks up his sleeve and between the ability to eat just about anything including Stars and his Special Triple Flutter Jumps, he can be very cheap, making the game waaay more opened up!
