It's a hack of Mighty Final Fight. No more rescue-kidnapped-Jessica story. The intro will explain the back plot, just know that you're taking Haggar on a PCP fueled rampage around Metro City under the mistaken belief that Cody has been abducted by the Mad Gears. It's not all laughs. Poor Haggar.
