This video game is an adaptation of the original Mortal Kombat 3, which briefly shows a title screen with the Mortal Kombat Trilogy logo as soon as the game starts. Most of the music backgrounds are repurposed from the Mortal Kombat V bootleg, and the title screen music is a remixed version of its similar from the fighter selection screen from the original arcade Mortal Kombat.
