NTSC Prototype of Muppet Adventure: Chaos at the Carnival. Super early alpha build. Hardly playable, and one of the earliest NES prototypes I've ever seen. The only thing it has is the intro screens which are very different and early, and the water level with Kermit which you can easily get stuck on rock forever since you are invulnerable. You can make it to the maze level, but it's buggy as heck and unfinished.
