In the year 20XX, after the defeat of Dr. Wily, the mad scientist planned his revenge against Roll. This time the evil doctor made his own eight Robot Masters. Its time for Roll to spring into action once again; and Rock, her brother-in-arms, stays behind to assist Dr. Light in developing new weapons and items for Roll.
