In 2014 CollectorVision Games started working on a NES game called: Sydney Hunter and the Mayan’s Revenge, it was going to be a clone of Montezuma’s Revenge for the NES.
The game was being programmed by Sivak (Author of Battle Kid series), hence the Battle Kid music in the Mayan’s Revenge prototype. During the development, it was decided to change to more modern platforms – Switch and Steam.
The prototype rom is available for free from the CollectorVision website.
