“Doki Doki Panic” (aka “Yume Koujou Doki Doki Panic”) is a direct port to the NES of the FDS game of the same name, which served as the primary source for the American version of “Super Mario Bros. 2”. The game takes place inside the book, where the twins go to save the magical land of Mu from the evil toad and its nightmare machine.
