There’s trouble in Ocean Shores when Otto has a nightmare that Dr. Stimpleton captures his sister Reggie and friends Twister and Sam. This sends Otto on a wild chase to find the gang and stop Dr. Stimpleton from using his “Stimpleton device” to turn Ocean Shores into a Seaside Polka Resort.
