Your job as Loki is to rid the universe of the remaining Norse gods and their allies. There are 8 waves of attackers to destroy by lining them up in the centre of the screen and then blasting them. When you have killed enough enemy vehicles you progress to the next wave. The indicator at the bottom of the screen shows you which wave you are on. The game begins on the ground where you have 3 waves to destroy before moving up into space for the other 5 waves. If, at any time, you allow an enemy ship to approach too closely while it is in your sights it will destroy you. But don't despair as you can return from the underworld 4 times before being finally doomed. Should you succeed in wiping out all 8 waves of the Viking host you may then proceed to another universe through the remaining black hole in order to perform a similar task except against a mixture of more numerous adversaries.
