Grand Theft Auto is an action-adventure game, developed by DMA Design and published by BMG Interactive for MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows in October 1997; versions for the Sega Saturn and Nintendo 64 were planned, but never finalised. It is the first instalment of the Grand Theft Auto series.
