Hello Kitty Dream Carnival allows the player to partake in 8 different games and activities that involve Hello Kitty and her friends.
Pen Pal Word Find: Circle words in a word scramble within a given time limit. If successful, the player gets to read the postcard that Hello Kitty has written to her friend which includes the words from the puzzle.
Amazing Aquabatics: The game shows the player a pattern and the player must click the matching pattern from a set of patterns. If correct, a dolphin performs a trick.
Ferris Wheel Friends: A matching game– click on various carriages on the ferris wheel to find pairs of friends.
Fireworks Show: Select a series of 8 fireworks for a big show.
Rainbow Smoothie Coaster: Hello Kitty and her friends pull up to the smoothie stand while riding on the roller coaster. Each requests a particular fruit flavor and the player must click on the fruit's corresponding color of the rainbow to fulfill the order.
Penguin Plunge: Place a penguin on a platform and adjust the height of the platform as well as the angle of the trampoline below. Drop the platform with the goal of bouncing the penguin through a series of goals and into a floating tube.
Pachinko Balloon Race: Hello Kitty is in a frantic balloon race with her friends. In order to make Hello Kitty's balloon rise, it is necessary to score points on the Pachinko board.
Twilight Teasers: Click on stars in a constellation in order to change all of the stars to a consistent pattern.
