HIGH SCHOOL OF THE DEAD DAY 0 is an HTML5 browser-based survival tower defense RPG playable through the G123 platform. Developed and published by CTW, Inc., the game is based on the Japanese manga and anime “Highschool of the Dead” by Daisuke Sato and Shouji Sato. Players control protagonist Takashi Komuro and lead a party drawn from the original anime cast — including Rei Miyamoto, Saeko Busujima, SayaTakagi, Kota Hirano, and Shizuka Marikawa — through strategic tower defense battles against waves of undead enemies referred to in-universeas “Them,” while developing and expanding a base of operations in acollapsed post-apocalyptic world. The story is original to the game anddoes not directly retell the source material, and all character art isnewly drawn with original outfits exclusive to this title. The game requires no installation and runs in any modern web browser on both PC and mobile devices. It is offered as a free-to-play live-service title with in-game purchases, and supports Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, and Korean. The international release is handled through CTW Inc.
