A port of the Game Gear title to the Sega Master System with the same name. The port was created by Glitch. The original Sonic Triple Trouble was only released for the Game Gear, and unlike other Sonic Games released on the Game Gear, Triple Trouble never got an official Master System version. This game really does benefit from the extra screen space the Sega Master System provides.
