This is the adults-only sticker variant of GTA San Andreas for PlayStation 2. When the original Hot Coffee release was recalled, stores were given the option to put stickers on the cases to change the rating from Mature to Adults Only.

Only difference is this game still has the “hot coffee” exploit inside the coding later taken out for the M rated versions.
