Set seven years after the ending of InFAMOUS 2, players control Deslin Rowe, a 24 year-old slacker graffiti artist in Seattle. After an encounter with a “Conduit,” or someone with supernatural powers, Deslin becomes one himself, and begins to use his powers to fight the Department of Unified Protection, a government organization bent on destroying all Conduits.
