The iFruit App was a companion application for Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online that allowed players to perform various task for in-game benefit, as well as access other Grand Theft Auto content. As of December 12th, 2022, the app was no longer supported and was removed from the App Store and Google Play.
Description
The app was meant to replicate the UI of an IFruit phone, a clear parody of Apple iOS, specifically iOS 6. Within the “home screen”, the app included a Los Santos Customs app that allowed players to remotely customize and make custom plates for their previously used vehicles in GTA V and GTA Online, a Chop the Dog app that allowed players to train and play mini games with Chop, settings for the app itself, and various links to other Grand Theft Auto-related apps, games, and website.
