Fire of Sky

Set in a time long before Trainers or Poké Balls, a young boy from humble beginnings sets off on an adventure with his unlikely partner. The two work together to uncover the mystery behind the sudden surge in rampaging Pokemon. The townspeople pray that Ho-Oh, their deity, will bring peace once more to their mountain village.

You can find some helpful moves in the Move Relearner menu accessible from the Summary Screen
You shouldn’t need to grind as long as you participate in most wild encounters (there are no trainer battles)
Explore to find items scattered around to help prepare for big battles. There are also hidden items
Passive healing: Your Pokemon will slowly regain health as you walk around
TMs (Scrolls) are reusable and can be purchased from a man in town. You can also sell items to earn money
Oran and Sitrus berries are buffed
