Ultimate Original 6 Gal Mahjong Adventure!”) is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive adult mahjong game developed by Studio Fazzy and published in an unknown publisher. Released in Japan in 1992, the game is most notable for being one of few unlicensed titles exclusive to that country, and for its relatively-higher production values over similar games – particularly in regard to its soundtrack.
